We are investigating a report of damage and concerns raised over dangerous behaviour which have been reported to us. It happened around 1830hrs on Wednesday 3rd September 2025 at Meadow Farm, Crossmoor Lane, Haxby. Two young children have been sat on top of a covered hay bale and removed part of the protective covering, the children were moved on and a long handled lighter was located where they had been, concerns raised that they were trying to set the hay alight.
